1st Annual Thanksgiving Lunch 2011
This past Thanksgiving, House of the Living God was able to host their 1st Annual Thanksgiving Lunch at the Montopolis Friendship Center. There was a great turn out and we all got the chance to fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ and their families. Here are some pictures from the event.
Parachutes for Columbia 2011
This past August, House of the Living God had the opportunity to participate in the Parachutes for Columbia Program. Why parachutes and why Columbia ? Well, Columbia is a very dangerous country and it is hard to spread the gospel to residents. Therefore, Parachutes for Columbia allows churches to assemble parachutes that are released into the dense jungles in hope that a lost soul will discover the care package, complete with Bible and Christian reading material, and accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Baptisms 2010 & 2011
At least once a year House of the Living God has water baptisms at Decker Lake.
